Own stockThis is the wireless system we reach for when nothing is allowed to go wrong. Two handheld microphones with Beta 58A capsules and a single rack receiver running both: one for the celebrant and one for the speeches, or two for the band’s singers, without rigging two separate systems.
The Beta 58A is supercardioid, and that is the difference you hear at an outdoor wedding: it picks up less of what is going on around it and takes more level before it feeds back. During a drinks reception with everyone talking, or on a terrace with the speakers close to the microphone, that is exactly what is needed.
The audio is 24-bit digital, without the background hiss of cheap analogue systems, and setting it up is quick: hold the microphone near the receiver, sync over infrared, done. The receiver has detachable antennas and diversity reception, which is what stops the dropouts when somebody walks away or steps between the microphone and the rack.
It runs on two AA batteries for up to eight hours, which covers a whole wedding; and if they do run out, you swap them in ten seconds instead of waiting for a pack to charge. The 19-inch rack kit is included. We take it to ceremonies, weddings and corporate events in Cabo Roig, Orihuela Costa, Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia.
