Contact form: name, phone, email (optional), event date and type, and your message.
Web server logs (no cookies; legal basis: legitimate interest in security and in measuring use of the site): every request is logged with the IP address, the page requested, the referrer and the browser. These logs are kept for 60 days and then deleted automatically. From them we derive daily totals only — how many visits and how many page views; those figures contain no IP address and identify nobody.
First-party analytics (only with your consent): page views, referrer, language, device type, visit duration and approximate location (country and city), via first-party cookies. Location is derived from your IP address using ip-api.com; we do not store the full IP alongside the analytics, and use it only transiently to limit abuse (anti-spam). A first-party cookie lets us recognise repeat visits from the same browser for 12 months.
Handling your quote/booking request (legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request).
Measuring and improving the site (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Contact requests: for as long as we handle your enquiry plus any legally required period.
Analytics: kept in aggregate; individual records are purged periodically.
We do not sell your data. We use providers for site hosting; if you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta’s policy applies.
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to events@soundrentpro.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
