RCF EVOX JMIX9

The RCF EVOX JMIX9 is the same three-way system as the EVOX J9 — 2,100 W, 130 dB, 120° x 40° coverage — with an 8-channel digital mixer built into the subwoofer. That is the whole difference, and for a lot of events it changes everything: no desk to bring, no cable run to it, no table to put it on.

Four combo mic/line inputs with THAT preamps and individually switchable +48 V phantom power, plus stereo line inputs on TRS and a 3.5 mm jack that shares the Bluetooth connection. Every channel has a high-pass filter, a compressor and a three-band EQ, and there is an internal stereo reverb with a per-channel send — enough to make a voice sound right with nothing else in the rack.

You drive it from a 2.4-inch colour touchscreen with physical encoders, or from your phone with the JMixRemote app (iOS and Android), which means you can set the sound from the back of the room — where you can actually hear what it sounds like. This is the one we recommend for weddings and presentations that have both microphones and music but nobody dedicated to running sound.
